Where is your furniture from?
Our furniture is directly from our own factories or imports.
Can I view your products dirrectly?
We are so sorry! We do not open Showroom current, we only delivery products from warehouse to you by Shopping Online.
For the projects, you can visit our factory to view the capacity. better prepare for your visit, we encourage appointment bookings.
Should I measure the area I would like to furnish before I place an order?
For large furniture items, we recommend you measure the space where your piece will go and any doorways/ elevator it needs to pass to get there. This will ensure that your furniture arrives safely at your home.
Can I place an order over the phone?

Do you offer instalment?
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal. All payments are charged in VND. Please note goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by us.
Can I use multiple methods of payment in one transaction?
Yes, it is possible. i.e. You can pay the bill in mutliple cards or in both cash and credit cards.
I cannot find my order confirmation/ tax invoice, can you please resend it?

Do your products come assembled?
Our furniture does not come pre-assembled. However, our friendly delivery team will install and place the items at your preferred position.
Do you offer trade program for bulk orders?

Can I customise a sofa or bedframe using different fabrics?
Yes! Customisation options are available as your requirements. Please email us at email@example.com.
All customisations are made specially for you, therefore we do not accept cancellation or return of these items.
Can I customise the length of furnitures?
Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. Unfortunately, at this point, we are unable to offer customisation in terms of dimensions of any of our products without customisation. Sorry about that!
How will my order be delivered?
We are working with our specialist delivery partner to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your furniture will be safely packed and in good hands.
Once your order arrives in our warehouse, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all orders above 10 Million VND and should the order be less, please refer to the charges here. If you have any further questions around delivery pricing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take for my item to arrive?
We have a range of lead times, depending on when, what and how many pieces you are ordering. You can view the individual lead times on each product page.

Can you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
We do deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays.
What are your delivery time slots like?
We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays except Sundays, public holidays at the following time slots: (9:00- 17:00).
What if I am not available during working hours/ during the appointed delivery slot?
If you are not able to be home during the delivery window, you can authorise someone to receive the goods on your behalf. You just need to ensure that the authorised person checks the condition of the delivered item and premises before signing off on the delivery order. Should there be any issues, it will need to be reported to the delivery personnel and noted down on the delivery order that will be returned to us. We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery and after the delivery order has been signed clean.

I received the wrong order, can you help?
Sorry to hear that. Please email us at email@example.com and provide your sales order number, a detailed description of what it is you ordered and what was wrongly sent. We will then reply within 2 business days.
What if I am not at the delivery address when my order arrives?
Our carrier may reschedule the delivery if you are not present to receive the items even after confirming the delivery dates. For rescheduling of delivery after agreed delivery, there might be a re-delivery charge applied.
Can I specify a delivery date?
If you have purchased items that had varying dispatch times, you have the option to choose split delivery or to group them altogether at our check out page.
We do not deliver based on specific dates, but you will be contacted when your products are ready to be delivered. You can then choose a suitable delivery time slot.
If I receive a defect product, how do I submit a claim?
You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 2 business days.
What if I don't like the item I received, can I request for a refund?
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that event, we invite you to review the following terms related to Returning a product.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for refund:
o Products described as "Made to Order";
o Customised items;
o Items marked as "Final Sale" or any form of Clearance Sale, Display Items..;
o All leather products;
o Mattresses products.
For any undamaged product, simply return it within 03-days under the Return Policy from the date of delivery by emailing us at email@example.com and explaining your intent to return the item(s). A 30% restocking fee will be charged for logistics and handling while the balance 70% will refunded through the original mode of payment. However, we reserves the right to change the mode of refund. The refund will be processed in 14 days from the date of collection.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel or change your order after completing the transaction, please notify us within 24 hours from placing the order to avoid incurring a restocking fee. Any cancellation / change of order after 24 hours from date of purchase will be subjected to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged 5% at per item valued at, equivalent 10 Million VND and maximum 10% per item valued over 10 Million VND. All refunds will take 14 days to process.
To cancel item under a special promotion, we will evaluate the validity of such promotion and will restore to its original price if required. Please note that change of order will not applicable to items marked as "Final Sale", "Display Item", "customised Order" & all leather products.
Is there Warranty for the product I buy and what does it cover?
Warranty period differs with each product. You may see the warranty available on each product page. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received.
This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

How do I claim my warranty?
Easy! Just email us at email@example.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 02 business days.
