Interior Design Quotation

A. DESIGN PRICE:

• This price is applied for design in according to mid-complexity. If the projects require a more sophisticated and sophisticated detail, this price will be changed following to investors' requirements.
• For the special projects, please contact to vannam.com.vn for specific and reasonable price;
• The above price is only applied to projects with area less than 100m2;
• Design fees for an individual room are 2,000,000 VND/ 1 room.
• Design fees for a functional room (such as living-room mix kitchen,…) are 3,000,000 VND/ 1 room

B. PROFILES:

 BASIC 3D PACKAGE:

- Executed time is from 05-07 days;

- The preliminary interior drawing needs to basic execution;

- 3D interior Décor;

- Arrangement Layout;

 FULL PACKAGE:

- Executed time is from 10-15 days;

- The completed profile meets technical and aestheticism, serving for finish and execution;

- 3D interior Décor;

- Arrangement Layout;

- Drawings of demolition, renovation and new decoration;

- Electrical Layout (Switch, socket);

- The water supply and drainage system layout;

- Layout of telecom, internet, grounding and lightning protection.

C. PROFILE FORMS:

- Design profile is A3 or A4 for executing (depending on works) - 02 sets.

- Layout of 3D Décor for each area.

- 01 Set is stored + CD disk for design profile.

D. NOTES:

- The consulting for design and preliminary layout for customer.

- The price above is not including VAT;

- In case, both parties sign the interior executing contract, the design cost will be deducted in according to our special policies;

- The price is applied from January 2018;

- The cost for editing drawings by plan chance is calculated at 30% of the total equivalent design value.
